I've used it. It's a very simple and delicious recipe that I developed, I guess because I am also a hunter. I used to be a chef. I started restauranteer work at 15 yrs of age washing dishes and have worked in VA Beach and Spencers @ Beaver Run Resorts in Breckenridge. It helped me stipend my G.I Bill through college as well as plowing snow and teaching martial arts. I was rich as college guys go, cuz of the GI bill and work ethics.
One thing about restaurant work...no matter what happens...you can always get a job and you will never starve.
