Can't possibly win that as Treaty has settled with the SEC and has admitted the complaint is true and has to take responsibility for the securities fraud charges.

How does one even think that it's possible for Treaty investors to win 33 million from the SEC for falsely accusing Treaty after Treaty settled with them and agreed the SEC complaint was in fact all true???????

As with all things from Treaty it makes no sense.
