That's an intriguing question, Since they have DEA approval to ship throughout the boarders it's probably dependent on state laws or ordinances that tribes have to follow, Tribes have a lot of freedom but its not absolute freedom.

the deal made with Chief Bill Bills will give them recognition with other Tribes of 1st Nations. Ceo said that Chief Bills Bills is his friend. The Chief will get approached by the other Tribes when the other Chiefs hear of this deal. Good things travel through 1st Nations like Wildfire when there is Big Money to be made. There will be no problem of the rest coming aboard. i'm thinking the DEA will not want to give another license to anyone else, because CEO got DEA Licence because of their previous friendship,as per Video says they were friends. So the Chief will Favor CEO into the rest. It just stands to reason that the rest will follow suit because CEO is selling it to 1st Nations at half the price they were paying before. As CEO mentioned that they already have many more deals coming forward, that we will know about in the next 3 months.
