OT/The tastiest part of the squirrel are the armpits. Yes, there you find the tenderest and the sweetest meat. Here's a good recipe.
par-boil the squirrel for say... 10 minutes after soaking it in salt water over night.
Place olive oil, sliced onions and sliced (thin) potatoes in a large fry pan and heat. Add spanish saphron-just a pinch spread widely over the dish as to delegate the flavor
Add the squirrel and roll to a scrumputous brown tapestry, salt and pepper.
Eat 'em up yum!
