I explained to him that Lyons are hosting the conference. So not sure his reasoning other than he stated it does. He doesn't look at OTC stocks though so he said this may be common for stocks in the OTC. I honestly don't know if it is or not. If anyone has any knowledge, please share. I think it's fine.
