Except that OTCMarkets and the SEC both back up my statements completely. Read both sites.

If a Company isn't an SEC registrant, it is almost certainly garbage. Legitimate companies register and file with the SEC. Those that don't, aren't. They are insider enrichment schemes and pump and dumps.

And that includes CFGX. Norat has proven that to be true over and over and over.

I agree with the statements.

OTC Markets is a "pay to play" site. And zero information is vetted there nor regulated.

Enjoy the no bid status up into the reverse split wipeout.

I agree with 1manband's statements. They are entirely on point.

Again, that site is not "official" in any way. Neither FINRA nor the SEC recognizes it. Everything there is completely made up by OTCMarkets, who is a paid PR company, not a regulator.

Nothing that companies like CFGX pays OTCMarkets to post on that website is "official". It is almost all complete BS - just paid promotional material which most of those companies use for one purpose and one purpose only - to pump their stock.

And that includes CFGX.

Legitimate companies register and file with the SEC. Those that aren't don't. And CFGX doesn't.

That is pretty much anyone needs to know to determine what kind of company CFGX is.
