Rangeford Resources has retained Merger Advisor, Oberon Securities. Rangeford's new COO is Marc Duncan, recently CEO for Jardine Oil, a Propell licensee. Rangeford controls thousands of legacy acres in Texas, Louisiana and Kansas, but is in serious need of cash for activities and debt servicing. Wouldn't be surprised if they're using Plasma Tech on a shares for services swap.
What's curious to me is that share price has not recovered to it's pre- tax loss selling level of almost .06
It seems to be maintained in a narrow band.
