Im not understanding. A sign of weakness to who? At this point, what does weakness have to do with anything? Investors just want someone to pay more than the ridiculous price that the Winthers and PLY have agreed to. I assume the Winthers and insiders have enough shares to push this shady deal through already. What am I missing? The only thing stopping this transaction is a better offer.
If Kyle Winther did not invest the energy in trying to find a better sales offer (and apparently rejected one other offer without telling investors), what makes you think they will even try to pursue this litigation? He has NO intention of doing ANYTHING for the shareholders. That has been apparent for the last 14 months.
