never understood why they do these deals for umpteen shares then do a RS on them. they could just NOT do the dame share exchange. maybe they are in some way compensating for something that they do such HIGH OSs....
But Im not too worried. I was looking through a lot of chinese tickers lately hell one had a huge azz OS and was like 16 or 20 bucks a share. so putting my order at 10.00 and hoping some crazy Chinese person buys it up. DLNY even was bidding up to 4.50 so was NITE at 4.00 at beginning so will see. maybe all initial people will get out at 5.00 plus.
