Tom, I believe you would call this a shell company now with no business or business plan for the time being. I've been watching MEDH for months now and done a lot of DD on the CEO Kathleen Roberton and I've wondered how long it was going to take her to kick the shareholders to the curb.
She is the majority shareholder in MEDH so she can still use this as a personal piggy bank until it hits 0.00001 or she does another business venture.
I'm happy that I had patients to see what Kathleen Roberton was going to do with MEDH
Personally I won't ever buy into a company with her name attached to it after this little fiasco with MEDH
Sorry for the folks that got stuck because of her lies.
