(Pink Sheets: NSDM - News) North Star Diamonds Inc. is pleased to announce that as previously stated in its plan to diversify from diamonds to precious and strategic metals, has obtained the rights to explore for gold in proximity to its diamond claims in Manitoba. North Star Diamonds Inc. was fortunate to obtain this gold property as it has been staked since the 1890s. Considerable work has been performed on this property and it had limited production prior to 1945. With the rising price of gold, this property has considerable merit. It is located in Manitoba, is accessible by road and is close to utilities. Work on this property will begin in early October. Also, North Star Diamonds Inc. wishes to announce it is negotiating with a large company to assume the diamond marketing portion of the website. This is also scheduled for the middle of October.
