The Reverse Split WILL NOT HAPPEN. There will be a YES VOTE which will be enough for MNKD to present to Nasdaq (their plan to regain compliance) and will be granted a 6 month extension.

MARK MY WORDS.

The vote is good for 12 months so maybe at the EOY or prior to March 2018 MNKD can do a RS when they are a much stronger company.
