I can't help but believe that after the administration realizes the ill effect of Spicer's unfortunate choice of wording (at least he's consistent with his poor speaking skills) this will be walked slowly back. (IMHO)

The last thing that Trump wants to do is alienate 70+ % of the population which believes pot should be legalized.
