Well, I haven't been to hell, so I don't know what its like there. I imagine things that don't make sense happen there all the time though.
That being said, we don't know WHAT Mnuchin's plan is. If he is going to pull a deal that benefits the taxpayers to the tune of billions of dollars, he will need to explain that though. As for getting the "GSEs out of government control", there are many ways he could do that without ending the NWS, a couple of which I've already discussed in previous posts.
