I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying. Prior to the ruling there was huge 10x upside. Me personally, I thought it would reverse on appeal a la Judge Brown. It did not.

Now I see very limited upside given the risk.

As for T and M, they can do alot, but I think it's foolish to think they will close down a $40b gift to treasury, release and recap through private shareholders, while creating the circumstances to make common and preferred shareholders insanely rich, the likes of which has never occurred through Executive Branch actions in all recorded time.

You seem to exist in a world without the left, without Crapo, without Speaker Ryan, without Sen. Warren and Bernie stoking the flame of corporate cronyism and income equality, to think T&M will just say "lets make FnF great again...$122/sh sound about right"
