Just had a great 15 minute conversation with Enzo.. Here is a summary of the conversation.

-Today in our network we have a little over 100 people or institutions for funding.

- Peter has not been home since christmas Day . He is in singapore and they are speaking with 30 people who are interested in funding deal.

- I CANT TALK ABOUT ANY LISTING CLIENTS. HOPING TO SEE RESULTS VERY SOON.

- WE ARE VERY VERY VERY VERY CLOSE FOR CLOSING FUNDING DEAL

- We are looking at 1-1.5 BILLION DOLLARS UNDER MANAGEMENT to fund deals. .

- In my opinion things are about to change. drastically

- we have plenty of clients we can’t even talk about because of NDA's specifically in the hotel sector.

- I can assure you no one wants to succeed more than we do. We are fully invested and have been working at this for a very long time. The reason we have been so quiet is because last year we set benchmarks for ourselves and when we missed the targets we ended up getting killed. The reason for this was because funding for deals and finding funders for deals was taking way to long. With the addition of a 1-1.5 billion dollar fund, we will see more deals coming to us and drastically increase the time it takes to complete the deal.

- We know its been frustrating for investors but we are on the cusp of something very special.
