end of trading day usually tells the story

understand this - nothing will happen until Magna is taken out permanently, and clean financing is brought in

AMBS has failed repeatedly since FY08 incorporation to achieve this critical $$$ milestone - and are now negotiating from weakness to accomplish this same end goal

the fact that they've failed repeatedly should be waning enough to the wise

that said, the only questions remaining (in my mind) are now:

1.) can they do it
2.) what will the company structure look like if refinancing is attainable
3.) how will it affect the current retail shareholder base
