This is an untrue statement. The NWS itself is independent of government control. Statements like yours continue to fail to understand that the NWS is the term of a contract. It can continue or end irrespective of the Conservatorship.

It's also an untrue statement because, as of now, Mnuchin has no power to "get FNMA and FMCC out of govt control" without Congress or Watt's approval.
