This is the OTC. I am not being nasty. I am being blunt 95% of companies here fail. A large minority are scams or borderline scams. The prior owner of Medican was involved in some very shady business before he sold the company, yet he continues to attempt to manipulate its direction solely for his personal gain, and uses is as his personal ATM to the detriment of shareholders. Did you expect those that purchased the company to bend over and let him have his way, while diluting the heck out of the company and frustrating their efforts at launching real projects?
Aggressive legal action is underway to rid this company of the problems created by the former owner, there is nothing pretty about it. If this hurts your feeling or assails your sensibilities consider selling your shares in the cellar where they sit.
