.......true.........imo, the FDIC pursues some litigation for ulterior reasons - - like maybe winning a long-shot case and thereby getting precedent for other cases in the future.........

....the FDIC is a nasty entity, imo..................the FDIC hates all litigation because the courts are level playing fields and the FDIC is a bully and never fights fair, imo................just look at the uwbi ITR..............laughable these AHs are fighting us for that.......and the opening brief in the appeal - - they cite a case they lost.......?????....and they slammed the BK judge, repeatedly........with very, very sketchy bases, imo.....................

.....so, F/- the FDIC..........................until we see this remuneration program for wrongfully seized banks/THRIFTS............assuming and HOPE-ing we do...............
