The Veterans administration (VA) hospitals do this right now.

Even people using CBD can show enough metabolites from the tiny percentage 0.3% of THC to result in a positive test, which can be used to deny services. This is mostly from oil or pills, but it is happening.

USMJ and PURA are not immune from this, even though I agree with the health benefits.
