You sound like you have a winner there Zoro. However, the kool-Aide drinkers here will try to discredit you by saying you are a basher so beware of the idiots. They are bottom fishing for pennies from heaven and this one in a million run has ended but the idiots can't seem to find anotehr winner so they are holding on for all they have. They say only the scared sell but if I rememebr right this stock was supposed to be already over 15$, not potentially 25$. I bet the stock gets halted one day, then watch, I may take a vacation day to jsut gloat. I got out at 1.25, I hope the rest get anything, well most of the rest. The basher bashing bashers can sit on their certs until the yare worth less than toilet paper......
'stock will never see a dollar again.'
You got that right, mor likely to see a nickel first.

It is important to know and understand that an organization (such as a common law trust), which has not been created under State authority, generally cannot be regulated, and most State laws (written to effect corporations) have no legal force upon such an organization.

Common law trusts are not bound by laws controlling the actions of corporations. Common law trusts are not bound by "public policy" decisions of the legislature that are masquerading as "law". Common law trusts need not open their books to anyone unless ordered to do so by a true judicial warrant issued by an appropriate court.
