DDCC's lack of a business plan, lack of the ability to create one, lack of management's knowledge of FP&A, lack of gold, lack of gold shipments, lack of containers, lack of audits, failure to comply with Regulation S-X and the Exchange Act, and its only glimmering light is a $3,100 fancy apartment for management is advancing the company towards a much deserved Section 12(j) initiative.
