There is currently no evidence that this will actually happen. Trump made a poor pick with his Press Secretary who really isn't suited to the job. With Trump's emphasis on pushing everything back to the states, it is unlikely that Sessions or anyone else in the administration will forcefully enforce federal laws on MJ. It is likely that those states that have approved it will continue to be able to go with the will of the people. We shall see but it would be completely inconsistent with Trump's public statements on the matter. This is a great opportunity to acquire more MJ stacks. I am not saying CBIS in particular, but it is one of the better MJ stocks.
This could also be a way to force Congress to change the federal laws. By hinting at more enforcement, the country will be up in arms and might actually push back on their state Senators and Congressmen in those states where it is still illegal. IMHO
