INVESTORS SOUM AUTHORIZED SHARES INCREASED FROM 5 BILLION SHARES TO 20 BILLION SHARES.

In demographics, the world population is the total number of humans currently living. As of August 2016 , it was estimated at 7.4 billion.

So this means they printed enough shares so that every person in the entire WORLD can have at least 2. Pretty generous of them.
