you have no idea what is flowing in from recent contracts, the board do. The company needs to retain Marks skill set or the company goes under, so yes he has an intrinsic value to the company that needs some reward. His value in the market place right now would be a lot more than 200k. I am very happy they are now paying him options rather than more cash. end of story
