#138 RE: jugs #137

Thanks jugs, I see them continuing to reward shareholders with the fruits of their management.
I think it will be around the same time frame as the January combination of D increase and free shares.
I was surprised by the free shares part, but those now remind me to watch for an opportunity to round the position up to a total of 1500 by adding 90. The high yield here warrants adding imo they will continue to perform well. From the CC:

I will remind you once again that Ladder is an internally managed REIT with inside ownership of 12% of outstanding shares. In December, we increased our quarterly cash dividend by 9% to $0.30 per share. And in a year where we barely had any income from our securitization program in the first six months, our core earnings covered the current $1.20 per share cash dividend rate by a healthy 123%

The free shares made the yield over 13% and the value of the yearly return $1.84 according to Yahoo.
EOY 2016 undepreciated book value was 14.26. LADR could reach $15 this year and pay about 15% by this time next. I like it for diversity especially with today's energy market retraction.
