You stated it was a standard letter from the SEC - and I pointed out it wasn't - it was a very serious warning form the SEC. The letter BMXC received isn't something that seen everyday. The SEC had problems with the 10-K from 2015.

I pointed out a company that received a similar letter to what BMXC received and later was suspended.
