People are obviously free to make their own choices, but for me, who has been in this stock for more than three years, I see us as closer than ever to the finish line. As John Campo said in today's interview, this has always been about the coal mine. This started in 2012 and yes it is a long process. It should be; this is a massive coal mine, which needs a lot of approvals, including both the mining agency and the environmental agency.

They altered the original mining plan to accommodate mining of road materials which makes perfect sense given the highway construction nearby. The FACR signed a peace treaty which got the highway construction back on track. The mining agency approved NEWC's plan for road materials and coal. The environmental agency has been reviewing the original permit and recently paid a visit to update the application. Apparently they had comments and NEWC is due to respond to the comments. If the response meets the environmental agency's request, the permit could be issued soon.

It is all about the mining permit; everything else is peripheral.

I am looking for a response to my inquiry to the environmental permitting agency. Should be soon.
