How much property and what's the price... because I believe it.

Why would he buy at $2.60 - $2.90 and sell at $2.20 unless he was hit with margin calls and had to sell... which he says is not the case.

Incidentally... that is what it appeared to be towards the end of the day... broker(s) selling out client(s) to close margin call... it was sloppy and indicative of just throwing it out there for grabs... and that's how the MMs short and accumulate... they did pretty good today.
