Wyoming officials will meet with anyone who can possibly help them sell coal... Even if it is a pipe dream... As for local officials in Wyoming wasting time doing it... Lols I live in Cheyenne and can say NO town in Wyoming has over 70,000 people local officials have nothing but time... Most mornings you can find them at local coffee shops talking to townsfolk... As for the DOE I have no opinion... History tells us Robyn is full of BS, however if the price drops low enough I will buy some shares and gamble for a PR to pop it before a RS happens... I have made money here in the past several times playing it that way... Anyone who has held for extended periods of time has lost a lot of money.
