they only report finished installations. The remaining should appear in Q3.

If the job isn't fully completed they don't count it, kind of being conservative in their numbers.

Uranium...Pre-released numbers were "Sales", that is orders taken. The 10Q reflects only work fully completed as "revenues". Because of permitting process delays, etc, they have a back log, which will carry over to next quarters. Revenues will always be less than sales.
