Angelo I think you're correct. They may keep it undisclosed for competitive reasons just like the Teva deal did not announce what drug it was.
You don't want your competitor to know what you're about to bring to market. However, if they do reach agreement and sign a deal, they should at least put out news about it.
The last ANDA filed without any news for example, I wouldn't be surprised to see an NDA filed without news either.
