Where did you learn that the name/symbol change has progressed to being in Finra's hands? Please share your source?

It has not been submitted to FINRA. The name change has to be approved by the State of Incorporation (Colorado) before the request for Name & Symbol change can be submitted to FINRA. The name change hasn't been approved by Colorado yet. I check the Colorado SOS daily.
