I suspect that other members of Matin's family operate the Mill. They may have even owned it as part of Veltex, but now with there being some debt involved they are either unwilling or unable to cooperate with Matin regarding financials.

I also suspect that there may be something going on in the way they bill internally that inflates the revenue.

If the Mill is a wholly owned subsidiary is Veltex apparel able to consider their cost of goods from the Mill as revenue to the corporation? Then when Veltex Apparel sells the finished goods is this revenue as well?

Same thing if you include KCA?
