Agreed on both of your points Ben. They recognize the need for consistent revenue on their quarterly's and going to a monthly cash retainer is awesome. Hoping they do it with more of their clients going forward.
I was in the car earlier when I read the PR, made a hell of a mistake on my success fee estimate. I'm guessing they'll make closer to $4 million on this deal...assuming a conservative fee in the range of + or - 3%.
