I have talked to four people there (including a manager) - they are the pits - they must hire these people for minimum wage - they don't even understand what an "e" affixed to the symbol means. I realized I had another Etrade account with a very small amount of shares in it so I checked that one, and those shares are fine - the ARETE shows up with the shares, but in the other account they are under the cusip. Called them back to tell them that one account has it right but the other doesn't and they give me this stupid answer that one account only has a few shares in it while the other has a lot more and it takes more time for them to change it. If I said once, I said it a thousand times to them that when you get an "e" affixed, it has never ever gone into a cusip for me regardless of the amount of shares. The manager tells me this is now a technical issue - I ask to speak with someone in technical - he transfers me and the guy there says "this is not a technical issue" - I ask to speak with his manager and he disconnects me.
