Yup, one thing is consistent though regardless of the shareholder value erosion investors have seen who have come in under DO, he always finds a way to justify giving himself more bonus compensation. I still think there is an alignment problem with management and shareholder interests.

No I believe it was due to a more bullish macroenvironment for biotech in general...and like it or not ADXS rode the coattails of the Aduro IPO.
