Wow. I did a few Private equity deals and with no convertibles and a low debt to income ratio, as long as the business is up running, actually seems like this would be a good buy for somebody. My only concern is if they wipe the common and or leave it off the market. If it gets bought and they do not cancel out the common, we may be in for a big surprise. Or she could just get another toxic note to put a bandaid on the financials. But I believe if they get it back on the market without selling and bring the financials up to current, We would definitely see a rise in PPS. The numbers, if legit, are pretty decent
