You are partly correct. They didn't sell naked short. They just sold them short as all MM's do with many transactions on the OTC and then purchased and completed the transaction later.

In order for them to be naked they would have to be shares that don't actually exist.

So what you are saying is that 'long' actually bought 75k shares that don't exist.

If you want to use the word 'naked short' you should understand first that means the shares don't exist.

Definitely not hard to understand.

Or are you saying that 'long' now has shares that don't exist......If they are 'naked' as you have stated.
