DTCC can find issue with dividends, I would think something isnt right here, it could cause a suspension in trading too. This clown isn't the only one to promise a dividend and not deliver. The delays at this point are inexcusible.

Honestly, Dwyer has nothing to gain from delays. They happen, especially with divys.

Had he been diluting and pumping that's a different story. One has to ask, what benefits does Dwyer get from delays? Imo, nothing. Haven't seen any diluting MMs either.
