1 billion new toxic shares issued in January alone could have been purchased for $100,000. Just 20 delusion insurance believers could have bought them all for $5,000 each. Considering how much they have already lost, another $5,000 would probably appear as just another drop in the bucket to those who still haven't acknowledged the giant hole in that bucket.

Throwing around the huge number of shares sounds impressive until dollar figures are applied to put the entire pitiful mess into perspective. ERHC market cap less than the amount of cash they reported in the latest 10-Q. Fact.
