Face facts. This scam run by notorious fraudsters touts their big time CFO (a co-conspirator) . Any high school graduate could file a late filing notice--which these scammers have not!! ITS A FRAUD my friend . Maybe the $147 in the bank wasn't enough to cover the filing fee!! LOL LOL
