Not sure what Dragon is on the trail of as I have been to busy lately to conduct the thorough DD I generally do prior to dropping $$$$ on a pink sheet stock, but LIES, and NOT saying that is the case here, will be the exact thing to stop this.
I generally run as far and fast as I can once I see CT charts on a stock. Usually PPS has significant drops not long after CT's arrival. Coincidence? I think not, JMO
