Yep. And I'd agree that if they get an order allowing them to start taking creditors' actions, it would be a strong signal that Tmmi is in disarray.

Sorry to trouble you -- but does your friend at Dimension have a progress report on how the collections file is doing? The last word from you was that Tmmi had defaulted and Dimension was about to start seizing assets. I guess your friend got that wrong?

Gee Smitty, I guess your 'friend' on the inside either didn't know what he was talking about or was dissembling. You must feel disoriented. But look on the bright side -- after all the predictions gone wrong, you finally were right! Costs ordered were between 25,000 and 100,000 as you predicted. Well done! Too bad you lost on fees, and 11 other claims. That must really sting.
