There are a few places here in North Texas that could accommodate their production line. We have Bell Helicopter and Lockheed Martin to poach talent. We don't have a state income tax, labor is cheaper, and the unions are no where near as strong compared to northern states so it's win-win if they were to come here.
That $500K could go a long[er] ways here.
