Yes. Thanks Jay for clarifying. My understanding is that to get referred to the settlement program they had to deposit the contested code and the 6000 dollars or so in to court. They are in the program, so it seems likely that they paid in. To the court, not to Dimension.
I don't see how Dimension could start executing the cost award while the settlement and appeal process continues, so I doubt that there's any immediate prospect of bank accounts or any other assets being seized. This sounds like the usual made up nonsense.
Ps. The filing fee for the appeal is not the same thing as the costs for the trial. Different items.
