AmeriResource itself no longer exists. The old common shares were cancelled in the bankruptcy. The Company is now 100% privately owned by its secured debtor. The ticker is trading nothing but air.

All we are waiting for is the bankruptcy documentation to be provided to FINRA and the ticker will be deleted. Forever.
