Well apparently OTCs can trade whenever because they are not on an exchange... However, you are regulated by your broker... mine is Scott Trade and they will not let me trade OTC after hours. So that huge after hours trade is confirmed and we will be at .066 to start tomorrow.

That was probably a T Trade. It's when a market maker trades shares during the day, but doesn't print it until after the close. Google it.
