My opinion (stated previously) is that they went for only one million because 1) they are only paying salaries 2) they assume a positive arb decision soon for more cash to fund the study IF the hold is removed

SOMETHING has to happen soon otherwise this will spiral downward to nevernever land and be beyond recovery.

Just think..... the share price can rise by way over 1000% and the tradeable warrants would still expire worthless. I can remember when they actually had an intrinsic value.....
